over our Internet Voting Form. Voters may vote up to 10 times per .99 each vote
and is authorized by your valid credit card or debit card payment.
Total FUNDS received by 1st Family Internet Services will be tallied for each contestant and the proceeds distributed per formula that rewards the highest vote getter for the season 50% of total proceeds. THIS AMOUNT is SPLIT between the American Idol WINNER and the VOTING AMERICAN IDOL client WHO PICKED THE WINNER from the beginning and voted the most consistently for the ACTUAL WINNER over the course of the SEASON.
IF the Site Takes off, this could mean a PRIZE AWARD of up to ONE MILLION dollars for the Contestant and the WINNING VOTER.

The remaining Top Four contestants will share the remaining 50%. All
rewards calculated after deductions for the expenses related to running of the
website.
Total 1st Prize may not be more than One Million Dollars and shall be distributed at the rate of 5% of total funds distributed in the year of the contest and the remaining funds distributed over the following ten years.
By placing your vote you hereby agree to indemnify and hold 1st Family harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. I agree to pay all legal fees and court costs, and related costs of having any dispute dismissed. The decision of the arbitrator shall apply the express intentions of the parties set forth in this Agreement and the laws of the State of California, including, without limitation, any applicable statutes, regulations and binding judicial decisions, as such would be applied by the courts of the State of California. The loser in any arbitration or legal dispute shall pay the prevailing party's expenses to present their case including but not limited to attorney's fees, arbitration fees, travel, time and expenses, etc. There shall be no award for punitive damages.
